Who doesn’t want to be in the world with clear purpose and an illuminated mind? Our skin wants to be clear and radiant, too. The Essential Clarifying Line is your go-to lineup of skincare for oily skin.

Skincare with the Clarifying Facial Line
Step 1: Cleanse
Clarifying Facial Cleanser – Help your skin through those chaotic times, and combat the oil! With the incredible oil and dirt binding properties of activated charcoal and the powers of tamanu oil and MSM, you will be able to deep-cleanse while refining your skin’s texture. The Clarifying Cleanser is an incredibly effective, gentle, and refreshing cleanser for oily skin. Organic green tea extract, rooibos tea extract, tamanu oil, organic willow bark extract, provitamin B5, vitamin C ester, vitamin E and organic olive oil gently moisturize, while the charcoal deeply cleans. This cleanser is very effective for all skin types, utilizing both a cream-based cleanser and surfactants.
At Home Application of Clarifying Facial Cream Cleanser
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount into dampened palms.
- Work into a very slight lather.
- Apply to wet face, neck and chest.
- Massage in upward circular motions with your fingertips, avoiding the eye area and concentrating on troubled areas.
- Rinse thoroughly with tepid water and pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
Spa Application of Clarifying Facial Cream Cleanser
- Steam your client’s face to facilitate softening of the skin
- Slightly lather and apply a pea-sized amount using Effleurage, over entire face, neck and décolleté.
- Ensure smooth “glide” by adding water or a spritzing toner
- Pay extra attention to areas of congestion.
- Use a steamed towel to remove traces of cleanser.
Step 2: Exfoliate
Exfoliants help remove dead skin. Exfoliating leaves skin soft and supple, enhancing a natural, fresh look.
Clarifying Facial Exfoliant combines gentle jojoba beads, organic aloe, and organic olive oil. Blended with a fantastic set of multi-fruit acids, including organic pineapple extract, organic papaya extract, bilberry extract, organic cranberry extract, organic orange extract and so much more, to clarify, smooth, and soothe your skin.
At Home Application of Clarifying Facial Exfoliant
- Use this product every two to three days after cleansing.
- Squeeze a dime-size amount onto your fingertips and rub gently together.
- Gently massage in upward circular motions onto face avoiding eye area. Don’t forget your neck and chest.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
- Follow with the Chaotic Skin Facial Astringent.
Spa Application of Equalizer Facial Exfoliant
- Use a dime-size amount of exfoliant, rubbing your hands together first.
- Apply exfoliant with dampened hands to your clients’ cleansed skin.
- You can choose to use this exfoliant under steam.
- Massage the product evenly over clients’ face, neck and décolleté, concentrating on areas of concern.
- Remove all traces of exfoliant with warm damp sponges or towels.
Step 3: Tone
Toners help the skin by balancing the pH, minimizing the look of pores, removing residuals missed during cleansing and preparing the skin to receive the serums and moisturizers to come.
Chaotic Skin Facial Astringent, with the soothing power of organic aloe, MSM, and organic rooibos tea extract, this toner helps calm chaotic skin. The incredible combination of cranberry extract, organic lavender extract, organic green tea extract, organic oat straw extract and organic calendula extract keeps skin clean, fresh, and soft.
At Home Application of Chaotic Skin Facial Stringent
- After removing cleanser or exfoliant, thoroughly moisten a cotton round
- Gently wipe over cleansed face, neck, and chest, avoiding eye area
Spa Application of Chaotic Skin Facial Stringent
- After removing the cleanser or exfoliant, spritz onto the face, neck and décolleté, ensuring to cover your clients’ eyes.
- Gently use tapotement to ensure the product is delivered to the skin.
Step 4: Serum aka nourishment
Serums provide fast absorbing, concentrated ingredients to create beautiful, glowing skin. Always use a small amount under your moisturizer as part of your skin care.
Clarifying Facial Serum is excellent skin care for oily skin, and normal, combination and chaotic skin types will love it, too. With organic aloe, DMAE, hyaluronic acid, jojoba oil, organic rooibos tea extract and vitamin E, this serum soothes and provides skin with critical nourishment. We love adding just a touch of pink grapefruit Essential Oil for a bright, citrus scent.

- Squeeze a petite pea-sized amount onto fingertips
- Massage onto clients’ cleansed face, neck and décolleté.
- Follow with Clarifying Facial Moisturizer.
Step 5: Moisturize
Every face (neck and chest, too), needs a moisturizer on a daily basis, even if you have oily skin. Moisturizers’ primary function is to help keep all of the nourishing oils from your serum on your skin.
Clarifying Facial Moisturizer Organic aloe, organic shea butter, organic rooibos tea extract, and organic green and white tea extracts blend deliciously with organic jojoba oil, DMAE, and evening primrose oil. We’ve added vitamin C-bursting rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E rounds out this hard-working moisturizer. - Allow to absorb before adding primer or makeup.
